Our Story
Forged in the Atlanta construction market
Atlanta Construction Recruiters was founded in 2007 in a West Midtown office above a steel fabrication shop. The founders had spent years running crews on intown residential rebuilds and knew exactly how hard it was to find reliable, skilled tradespeople on Atlanta timelines.
What started as a favor for a handful of intown GCs became a full-time desk. Word spread through the Atlanta construction community — framers in Buckhead, electricians in Decatur, HVAC crews running multifamily in Sandy Springs — and the firm grew entirely on referrals from contractors who had been burned by generic staffing agencies that didn't understand the trades.
